In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at customercare@zirg.com within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a proper resolution.
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.
We accept standard credit cards such as Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Klarna.
Orders placed on zirg.com ship only within the United States. Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST, or over the weekend, or on a holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
Zirg offers free USPS ground shipping for all orders. Ground delivery typically takes five to seven business days after your purchase is placed.
All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were received.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. However, you are welcome to return any eligible returns and re-purchase the items of your choice.
Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.

We recommend retaining return tracking until your return is processed. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to display in your account, as processing times vary based on payment providers.
