Return Policy

Zirg is all about bringing you a premier shopping experience, from A-Zirg.

Purchases made on Zirg.com can be returned with ease. Our return policy is as flexible as it can be provided the items that we carry. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase with Zirg we will gladly return or exchange your items.

For Returns, shipping & handling fees are free when you return items using the label provided by Zirg.

For Refunds on your shipping fee, Zirg only refunds your shipping cost if the product was defective or mis-shipped by us.

  • You may return a purchase by mail within 30 days from original purchase date to receive a full refund.
  • If your items are received by mail within 31 to 60 days of original purchase date you will receive an online store credit ONLY.
  • All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • After 60 days of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchange any item.
  • Zirg cannot offer exchanges by mail unless customer agrees to pay for new item in full, and once the original item is received Zirg will reimburse the credit card for the return.

Return Purchase Confirmation

Once your return has been received, one of our Zirg Reps will contact you via phone or email to confirm that your return has been received and that a credit will be issued in the form of a full refund to your credit card or online credit to be used on your next purchase with Zirg.

Returns will be processed and your account will receive credit within 7 business days. If returns are received within 30 days of purchase date all returned merchandise will receive full refund. If returns are received after the 30 days of the original purchase date customer will only receive online store credit. International Returns

Zirg.com ships to all destinations all over the world. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact Zirg.com Customer Service Support Staff for assistance. Zirg.com Customer Service Support Staff will provide instructions on how to return items and how much money you will receive back on that item. International return items will only receive online credit after 31 days of the original purchase date. Prior to that refund maybe granted pending additional fees.
